I joined Crossfit Strong Heart in Feb of 2014, since joining I have lost 20lbs. However, I would say it is more about what I have gained since joining and less about what I have lost. The past 6 months have taught me that I can, I can do anything I want if I try hard enough. Crossfit Strong Heart has pushed me to do things I never thought I could and every day I continue to push myself to be better. Crossfit has taught me that I want to be more than skinny, I want to be fit. Nothing about Crossfit is easy, as a matter of fact it is probably the hardest thing I have ever done. But at the end of every workout I feel better about myself. I am extremely lucky to have found something I am passionate about and look forward to what the future holds at Crossfit Strong Heart.
